Cerise Zelenetz is a fashion oriented creative currently based between New York City, Los Angeles and Paris. Having studied in both Paris and New York, she graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2014 with a degree in Menswear Design and since then has turned her focus to illustration and writing. Though she enjoys exploring a wide range of media from pen and ink to watercolor, the majority of her work is bound by a common thread of ‘unsubstantiated nostalgia,’ or the notion of creating powerful memories that have no grounding in actual experience.
She shared her series, ‘Working Girls’ , with AYLY. She describes it as "a depiction of characters imagined from coworkers that never really existed."
